To get a new SIM card, you must have an Aadhar card. With Aadhar card, you can get a new SIM card very easily. You can get more than one mobile number from Aadhar card, in such a situation it has become necessary for you to know how many mobile numbers are linked with your Aadhar card.
To know how many SIM cards are activated on Aadhar card, you have to follow some steps.
For this you have to visit https://www.tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in. Keep in mind that this service is completely free and it belongs to the Department of Telecommunication (DoT).
After that enter your mobile number and click on Request OTP. OTP will be sent to your mobile number, after entering OTP click on Validate.
After submitting the OTP, a list will appear, this list will contain the details of your linked SIM card. You can block numbers that you are not using in this list.
Note : DoT had launched the Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection (TAFCOP) portal. This portal provides information about all the phone numbers registered on Aadhaar. At present, this portal can be used by users of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
